Most bankers retire by 45. Couple of group/division heads in their 50s, but they are the top 1%.
-By 30, 33% of the associates are cut, never make it to VP, layoffs, or just hate it
-By 35, another 33% are gone because they realize they are not “salesman”
-By 40, 30% more go b/c they realize they are not “politicians”
-By 45, 2% more are gone, b/c geezers cant hack it, and that divorce cut 50% of $
-By 50 its all over…hopefully your health, marriage, money is intact….for many its not
-By 50+ you are in the top 1%. Congrats you need viagra
